Is mindset something that we chose? Or something that we have?

I used to be active

I used to talk a lot

I used to initiate things

I used to make acquaintance proactively

I used to make myself doing things that’s not me

I’m now doing things that I want to

I’m now doing things that I supposed to

I’m now doing things that I’m comfortable with

I’m now not making myself better

But I’m now becoming me and I’m now happy with myself

Is it good to be happier by doing things that we want or to be less happier doing things that we’re not ourselves?
